Delta Drink Menu

Delta’s drink menu varies by cabin and route length. Beer and spirits cost $9–$11, wine is $12, and non-alcoholic drinks are free on flights of 350+ miles. First Class and Delta One get complimentary alcohol, including Champagne Taittinger internationally. Flights under 350 miles lost free snacks and drinks as of May 19, 2026.

Ordering a drink on a Delta flight used to be simple: ask, and it usually showed up for free. That changed in 2026. Between a major short-haul policy shift, a new T-Mobile perk, and an upgraded wine and champagne program, Delta’s beverage service now looks pretty different depending on where you’re sitting and how far you’re flying.

Delta’s drink menu includes non-alcoholic options (soda, juice, coffee, tea, water) served free on qualifying flights, plus paid beer, wine, and spirits. Premium cabins get complimentary alcohol, curated wines, and  on international Delta One flights  Champagne Taittinger.

The menu splits into three broad categories:

  • Non-alcoholic beverages: soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, and water, complimentary on flights of 350 miles or more
  • Beer, wine, and spirits: available for purchase in Main Cabin, complimentary in premium cabins
  • Premium/Delta One extras: curated wines, cognac and digestif service, and Champagne Taittinger on international routes

Delta also runs a Starbucks partnership for inflight coffee, which was ranked the top in-flight coffee option in a 2026 point.me survey of experienced travelers.

Delta Drink Menu With Prices: What Does a Drink Cost?

As of mid-2026, Delta charges $9 for Miller Lite, $11 for craft beers and most spirits, and $12 for wine. These prices apply to Main Cabin passengers on flights where alcohol isn’t already complimentary, and menus can vary by route.

Here’s the full breakdown of Delta’s current paid beverage menu:

DrinkCategoryPrice
Miller LiteBeer$9
Voodoo Ranger IPABeer$11
SweetWater 420 Extra Pale AleBeer$11
BACARDI Superior RumSpirit$11
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Dry GinSpirit$11
Buffalo Trace Distillery Bourbon CreamSpirit$11
Dewar’s White Label Blended Scotch WhiskySpirit$11
Tito’s Handmade VodkaSpirit$11
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee WhiskeySpirit$11
Lunazul Blanco TequilaSpirit$11
Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight BourbonSpirit$11
Une Femme ChardonnayWine$12
Une Femme Red BlendWine$12
Une Femme Sparkling BrutWine$12

Prices reflect Delta’s inflight alcoholic beverage menu as reported in June 2026 and are subject to change by route.

Cheapest vs. most expensive: Miller Lite at $9 is the least expensive option, while every wine on the list runs $12  a $3 spread across the whole menu, so budget-conscious flyers won’t pay dramatically more for wine over beer.

Does Delta Give Out Free Drinks?

Yes, but eligibility depends on cabin and distance. First Class and Delta One passengers get free alcohol on all flights. Comfort+ gets it on routes of 350+ miles. Main Cabin passengers can get one free premium drink per flight through a T-Mobile partnership.

Complimentary Beverage Rules by Cabin

  • First Class: Complimentary alcohol on all domestic flights, regardless of distance
  • Delta One: Complimentary alcohol and curated wines on all international flights
  • Comfort+: Complimentary alcohol on flights of 350 miles or more
  • Main Cabin: Alcohol is paid, unless a Medallion elite benefit or T-Mobile perk applies
  • Medallion elite members: Complimentary alcohol on select flights

The T-Mobile Free Drink Perk

T-Mobile announced on June 2, 2026, that eligible customers get one complimentary premium drink  beer, wine, or spirits  on every qualifying Delta flight, as a permanent, year-round benefit (T-Mobile, 2026). This effectively hands Main Cabin passengers the same alcohol perk premium cabins already enjoy, worth an estimated $9–$12 per flight.

To claim it:

  1. Confirm you have a qualifying T-Mobile plan (most consumer/business voice-and-data plans; excludes kids lines, prepaid, and data-only plans)
  2. Link your Delta SkyMiles account to the T-Mobile T-Life app at least 24 hours before your flight
  3. Attach your SkyMiles number to your reservation
  4. Confirm eligibility in the T-Life app once onboard; passengers must be 21+

The benefit was expected to activate the week of June 16, 2026. For a flyer taking 10 Delta trips a year, that adds up to roughly $90–$120 in free drinks annually.

Delta SkyMiles credit cardholders could also claim a free premium snack alongside their drink through June 30, 2026  a separate, limited-time promotion layered on top of the T-Mobile benefit.

What Changed on Delta’s Short Flights?

Effective May 19, 2026, Delta stopped serving complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to Main Cabin and Comfort+ passengers on flights under 350 miles  about 450 daily flights. First Class keeps full service on these routes.

Delta says the change creates “greater consistency across their global flight network.” In a trade-off, flights between 350 and 500 miles were upgraded from a limited menu to a full beverage and snack selection.

500+ milesFull drink and snack menuFull service

If you’re flying a short hop under 350 miles in Main Cabin or Comfort+, bring your own water  Delta won’t be handing any out for free.

Delta Beer and Wine: What’s the Selection?

Delta’s beer lineup includes Miller Lite, Voodoo Ranger IPA, and SweetWater 420 Extra Pale Ale. Wine comes from the Une Femme label  Chardonnay, Red Blend, and Sparkling Brut  priced at $12 each, plus curated premium wines and Taittinger champagne in Delta One.

Beer Selection

  • Miller Lite ($9)  light lager
  • Voodoo Ranger IPA ($11)  New Belgium craft IPA
  • SweetWater 420 Extra Pale Ale ($11)  Atlanta-based craft brewery, a nod to Delta’s hometown

Wine and Champagne

Delta’s wine program has been curated with input from Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson since a 2023 revamp. The airline also created a Sky Sommelier training program to teach flight attendants proper wine service on transoceanic flights.

Since spring 2025, Delta One passengers on international flights get Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française, served pre-meal and throughout the flight (Forbes, 2025). Delta’s SVP of inflight service, Kristen Manion Taylor, called premium wine and champagne “the baseline” for the airline’s brand partnerships. Taittinger president Vitalie Taittinger noted the Brut La Française was chosen specifically for its performance “even at altitude” and its pairing suitability with chicken and seafood dishes served in Delta One.

Main Cabin wine options remain limited to the Une Femme lineup at $12 per glass.

Best Delta Drinks by Need

  • Cheapest alcoholic option: Miller Lite at $9
  • Best for wine drinkers on a budget: Une Femme wines at $12  same price across all three varieties
  • Best premium experience: Delta One’s Champagne Taittinger, complimentary on international flights
  • Best value for frequent flyers: Linking a qualifying T-Mobile plan to get one free premium drink per flight
  • Best for short domestic hops: Bring your own beverage if flying under 350 miles in Main Cabin or Comfort+

Latest Menu Updates (Checked as of Late 2026)
